Highlight of my wildlife viewing!
Okay, so we are riding a glorified school bus with a full load of senior citizens and all of a sudden I see this grizzly taking a walk up the hillside. Of course I can't contain myself so I (kind of) 'yell' GRIZZLY! LOL There he was. Walking up to the top of a hill and then deciding to take a nap for all of us to watch. It was just incredible.

ARen't the busses something else? It's a family joke now. Folks kept stopping that bus for SPECKS but I guess if you aren't from AK specks seem pretty amazing.
One year we were up there we were giving winning lottery tickets and able to drive our car into Denali. If you ever get that chance, if you haven't, do it. It was unbelievable and much more time to explore on our own.
I think that would be about as close as I would want to get to a grizzly. :-) Really neat photos!
Thanks for the tip about enlarging that last photo. He looks so harmless laying there taking a nap.
